Terms and Conditions
Prices
F.O.B. from the nursery and are subject
to change without notice.
Terms
All sales are cash before shipment unless credit is established. With
established credit, payment is due in full within 30 days of invoice date.
Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month
service charge (18% annually). A deposit may be required. To establish
credit, your bank and three reliable trade references will be required.
Guarantee
We gaurantee that we will ship only top quality nursery stock. Orders
are accepted subject to growing conditions and shall be void if plant
material is injured by fire, freeze, frost or if unavailable due to counting
errors or any cause beyond our control.
Claims
Shortage, unsatisfactory material or damage must made in writing within
7 days of receipt of shipment. Claims will be adjusted at the discretion
of Gardenscape Nursery, Inc. We will be responsible for the purchase price
only.
Substitutions
Due to seasonal growing conditions, we reserve the right to substitute
one grade size up or down. When necessary, substituions may be made in
like varieties and hardiness. It is expressly understood that there is
no liability for delay or failure to deliver as a result of conditions
beyond the seller's control.
